This is how pilates helped me
Iโve been in love with Pilates for over 20 years. As the owner of two Pilates studios and Flow with Mira, Iโm passionate about making Pilates accessible to everyone. As a lifelong learner, I hold a BASI Pilates Honors certification and I’m proud to be part of the BASI faculty.
My teaching style focuses on control and precision to help your body heal naturally. Iโve helped thousands of students in their journeys with becoming fit, confident and pain-free. My goal is always the same: to help you feel your absolute best with the power of Pilates.
