Absolutely! We have classes for all levels, including Absolute beginners. Our introductory programs guide you step-by-step, ensuring you learn the basics safely and confidently.

I have a injury/health condition. Is it safe for me to do Pilates?

Yes! Pilates is often great for those with injuries or health conditions. We offer modifications, classes and programs for various needs. However, always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.

Do I need special equipment for the classes?

Most of our classes require just a mat. When props are used, we always offer alternatives using household items or show how to do the exercise without props.

How long are the workouts?

We offer a range of workout lengths to fit your schedule:
Absolute Beginner sessions: 10-20 minutes
Beginner sessions: 10-20 minutes
Intermediate workouts: 20-30 minutes
Live & Full classes: 45-60 minutes
