Introduction

FLOW WITH ME PTE. LTD. trading as Flow with Mira (“we,” “our,” “us,” “the Company”) provides online pilates instruction and related services through our website (www.flowwithmira.com) and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be over 18 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Account: Your registered account with Flow with Mira
  • Content: All materials available through the Service, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, images, and interactive features
  • Gift Subscription: A subscription purchased as a gift for another user
  • Subscription: Your paid access to our Service

3. Health and Safety

3.1 Medical Clearance

You must obtain clearance from a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise program through our Service. This is particularly important if you:

  • Are pregnant or postpartum
  • Have existing health conditions
  • Have any injuries
  • Have been inactive for an extended period
  • Are over 40 years old

3.2 Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

  • Exercise carries inherent risks
  • You participate in all activities at your own risk
  • We are not liable for any injuries or health conditions resulting from using our Service
  • You will discontinue exercise and seek medical attention if you experience unusual discomfort

4. Equipment Requirements

4.1 Required Equipment

Different classes may require specific equipment:

  • Pilates mat
  • Pilates ring
  • Exercise ball
  • Foam roller
  • Pilates Reformer

4.2 Equipment Safety

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining your equipment in safe condition
  • Using equipment as intended
  • Checking equipment before each use
  • Following all manufacturer guidelines

5. Instructor Qualifications

Our lead instructor, Mira, is certified through BASI Pilates. While we maintain high standards:

  • Online instruction differs from in-person training
  • Modifications may not suit all participants
  • You are responsible for working within your capabilities

6. Subscriptions

6.1 Subscription Options

We may offer:

  • Daily access
  • Weekly access
  • Monthly access
  • Annual access

6.2 Gift Subscriptions

  • Gift subscriptions can be purchased for other users
  • Gift subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Gift recipients must create accounts and accept these Terms
  • Gift subscriptions activate upon redemption
  • Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew

6.3 Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in USD
  • Prices may vary by region or subscription length
  • We accept major credit cards and selected digital payments
  • Prices exclude applicable taxes
  • Taxes are calculated based on your location

6.4 Auto-Renewal

  • Regular subscriptions automatically renew
  • Renewal occurs at the then-current rate
  • You may cancel renewal through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at period end

7. Free Trial

7.1 Trial Offer

  • We may offer free trials for new subscribers
  • Trial length will be specified at time of offer
  • One trial per user
  • Credit card or payment information may be required to start trial

7.2 Trial Conversion

  • Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
  • Cancellation must be made before trial end date
  • No charges during trial period
  • Conversion rate will be clearly displayed before trial starts

7.3 Trial Restrictions

  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trials
  • Trial eligibility determined at our discretion
  • Previous subscribers may not be eligible
  • Trials cannot be combined with other offers

8. Platform-Specific Terms

8.1 Apple App Store Terms

When accessing our Service through Apple’s App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and Flow with Mira, not Apple
  • Apple has no responsibility for:
    • The Service or its content
    • Addressing claims about the Service
    • Product warranties or claims
    • Intellectual property violations
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
  • You warrant that you are not in a country under U.S. embargo
  • You must comply with App Store Terms of Service

8.2 Google Play Store Terms

When accessing our Service through Google Play:

  • Google’s payment processing terms apply to in-app purchases
  • Refunds for in-app purchases follow Google Play policies
  • You must comply with Google Play Terms of Service
  • Subscription management follows Google Play guidelines
  • Updates may be required to maintain compatibility

8.3 In-App Purchases

  • In-app purchases are processed by respective platform providers
  • Platform payment terms and conditions apply
  • Refunds must be requested through the relevant platform
  • Prices displayed include platform fees
  • Receipt of purchase is provided via platform
  • Purchase restoration available through platform mechanisms

9. Copyright Protection

9.1 Singapore Copyright Notice

Under Singapore’s Copyright Act 2021:

  • We respect intellectual property rights
  • Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited
  • Infringement may result in civil and criminal penalties

  • We maintain and enforce a repeat infringer policy
  • Account termination is at our sole discretion

10. Intellectual Property

All Service content and materials are owned by FLOW WITH ME PTE. LTD. or its licensors.

10.2 Trademarks

“Flow with Mira” and related marks are our trademarks.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

11.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription or USD 100, whichever is greater.

11.2 Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12. Governing Law

12.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Singapore law.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation in Singapore
  3. Singapore courts if mediation fails

  • Requires active subscription or trial
  • Account verification required
  • Two-factor authentication may be required
